RACE DAY
"I eat the Idaho Potato before the race.  During I use a drink mix with GU Roctane, I add Cal Mag from AIM and a little Lite Salt from Morton. 
 
I take three Red Rush during the race I think they help.  GU is my favorite as it has maltidextrose which is a
long chain polymer and  provides a sustained energy source."     Lew
